ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We are committed to implementing the requirements of the listed standards and the existing relevant legislation, as well as other requirements related to environmental aspects and safety and health aspects. We are committed to constantly improving the efficiency of the system. We regularly review the adequacy of the policy relative to the changes in operations.

The objectives of quality, the environmental management system and the safety and health system are determined at the level of the organisation and at the level of individual processes. They are measurable and compliant with the policy. We plan the objectives, implement activities for the realisation of the objectives, and we regularly review their realisation and effectiveness. The objectives are part of the annual plan; we secure resources for them and, if necessary, harmonise them.

We strive to fulfil the requests and expectations of clients or consumers within the entire lifespan of projects, and requirements for service quality, for reduction and prevention of pollution and for reduction of health and safety risks. We are constantly looking for new solutions for our projects, which contribute to the greater satisfaction of our clients, make less environmental impact and reduce health and safety risks. For this purpose, we transfer the developmental and research achievements and basic know-how from institutes by means of our own development into industrial applications, while we are also gaining know-how under the model of good practice. By modernising the work equipment and technological procedures, we improve the quality of services, increase efficiency, reduce emissions into the environment and reduce safety and health risks. In our technologies, we replace hazardous substances with less hazardous ones wherever possible.

We constantly train our employees and raise their awareness about the importance of quality and environmental preservation and the importance of safety and health. We emphasise this by developing the feeling of responsibility in every employee for including the principles of quality management system, environment protection system and safety and health system in the everyday activities in every work position.

We encourage partner companies and external providers to establish and implement their policy in accordance with the strategy of quality, environmental management and safety and health of the company ESOTECH d.d., while we also encourage clients and consumers to introduce similar principles. I personally commit myself and I expect the employees to implement this policy within their responsibilities and moral and ethical principles.
